Description: Silicone FDA Compliant rubber is a unique synthetic elastomer made from a cross-linked polymer which is reinforced with silica. Extremely durable UV and Ozone resistant, silicone rubber maintains a high temperature range. Applications include gaskets, seals, cable blocks, fuel seals, rollers and die cut parts. FDA compliant for food handling.

Application: Silicone Gaskets, Industrial Seals, Vibration Pads, Thermal Management, General Silicone Use & Rubber Diaphragms. FDA Approved Silicone rubber works well as an electrical insulator for surge protectors and transmission and energy distribution substations. FDA Silicone rubber is available in 30 thru 70 durometer, the material we sell on this site is a 50 durometer material ... if you need another durometer in silicone, please call the office for assistance. High temperature extents allow it be used in extreme high temperatures for extended periods of time. Can also be used in food processing applications. FDA Silicone ranges in compliancy to include: ASTM D 2000, ZZR 765, ASTM D 1418, 21 CFR, ASTM D 1056, ASTM D3765, ASTM D150 AND MANY MORE.
