Neoprene Rubber is a
general purpose, industrial
grade rubber used in many
applications. It is
resistant to most solvents
and holds a temperature
range of -40° to 220°.
Neoprene rubber is used in
situations where abrasion
can be a problem and also
maintains good tensile and
elongation characteristics.
Silicone Rubber is a
highly specialized rubber
used for higher temperature
applications. The elongation
and tear strength for
silicone rubber can often be
far superior to that of
other synthetic rubber
materials. Silicone rubber
is highly inert causing it
not to react with a broad
range of chemicals. Silicone
rubber is a good choice for
medical applications.
EPDM Rubber is an
elastomer with
characteristics including
excellent color stability,
heat resistance, and
dielectric qualities. EPDM
rubber is ideal for outdoor
applications because of its
excellent resistance to
ozone, oxidants, and severe
weather conditions.
