Description: NSF 51 compliant silicone rubber for food handling applications. This rubber is formulated under strict guidelines to be completely inert, fungus free and sanitary with no chemical leaching over long periods of time. High temperature and being flexible over a wide range of uses makes the NSF 51 compliant silicone ideal for uses in in implements that come in contact with food. The NSF 51 rubber is translucent and is available in different thicknesses and can be cut into gaskets and seals easily.

Application: Used in medical applications and laboratory uses to include piping, seals, gaskets, valves and other items destined for various applications concerning contact with foodstuffs.
